Asphalt Maltene Based Preservation - Total work will consist of the application of an Asphalt Maltene Based Rejuvenating Agent on approximately 26,983 square yards of city streets within the City of Elizabethton. The rejuvenation of surface courses will be performed by spray application of a specialized rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. All work will be performed in accordance with these Specifications. Mobilization, Rejuvenation The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. In general, the work consists of all necessary labor, material, equipment and traffic control necessary to perform all operations for the application of a Rejuvenating Agent to the bituminous asphalt roadways in the City of Elizabethton.
