Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required The City of Madison Heights requests proposals for a licensed mechanical contractor to provide a design-build, energy efficient project for the replacement of the existing HVAC systems and controls upgrade located at 801 Ajax Dr., Madison Heights, MI to complete this Scope of Work. The project is intended to be provided as a complete turnkey design-build lump sum contract, including but not limited to provision of a complete design, permitting, demolition of the existing units, provision of new energy-efficient equipment, start-up, testing, commissioning, regulatory reporting, complete O&M documentation, owner training, and warranty for the new units.
