Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project includes the demolition of existing tennis courts for the installation of new concrete tennis court facilities. Project work to include demolition of existing surface, installation of new concrete surface, installation of new fencing, landscaping, miscellaneous irrigation repairs, and miscellaneous site restoration. Completion- 70 working days The Contractor shall be responsible for setting, maintaining, and resetting all alignment stakes, slope stakes, and grades necessary for the construction of the roadbed, drainage, surfacing, paving, channelization and pavement marking, illumination and signals, guardrails and barriers, and signing. Except for the survey control data to be furnished by the Contracting Agency, calculations, surveying, and measuring required for setting and maintaining the necessary lines and grades shall be the Contractor's responsibility.
