City of Richland, Washington Has Issued the Above Solicitation for Drafting and Design Support Services to Complete Construction Plans and Design for Hot Mix Asphalt Mill and Overlay, Pavement Repair, Pavement Markings, Curb, Gutter, and Ada Curb Ramps on George Washington Way From the South Side of the Columbia Point/adams Drive Intersection to the North Side of the Bradley Boulevard Intersection for Public Bidding. This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin Consideration of an Award. The City of Richland in Accordance With the Provisions of Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The last date to submit questions regarding this RFQ is November 20, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Consulting work is expected to begin in February 2026 and be completed in December 2026.
