Site work for a development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development; and one-story above grade development.
Bids will be received for the Columbia Point Marina Shoreline Retaining Wall Repair Project, which includes demolition of an existing failed basalt column shoreline retaining wall and replacement with a new mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) precast concrete modular block wall with geogrid reinforcement. The work also includes appurtenant traffic control, wall drains, backfill, handrailing, asphalt and concrete pavement surface restoration, and other incidental work.
