Provide at least 24 workstations in the enhanced area (excluding server room office) with a mix of hard-walled offices and high-partition cubicles with privacy doors. Please note that a 5% deviation in the ratio below is acceptable, while providing the minimum number of workstations requested. o Workstation: Private C: 50% o Workstation: Private B: 8% o Workstation: Open D: 42% Meet all security construction standards specified within these documents for the SCDS building, including facility standoff/setback requirements. The applicable setback requirements include: 1. 100-ft standoff from facilities to perimeter fence 2. 150-ft standoff from facilities to access controlled parking areas and roadways within the fenced perimeter 3. 330-ft standoff from facilities to uncontrolled parking area and non-PNNL property primary energy source. Provide a lobby with a waiting area and the associated security vestibule. Provide utility support spaces, such as mechanical, electrical, and information technology (IT)server/intermediate distribution frame (IDF) rooms. Provide site improvements including the required utility infrastructure, paved vehicular access areas, pedestrian circulation, and landscaping.
