Ben Franklin Transit seeks proposals from experienced Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firms in public transit to provide planning, design, and bidding services for its Maintenance, Operations, and Administration (MOA) facility, including security review and design. Interested firms must create a free account with OpenGov to access solicitation documents and submit their proposals electronically. All applicable Equal Opportunity laws and regulations, including WISHA and OSHA, must be followed. Disadvantaged and Women-owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. BFT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities and minor irregularities, and cancel the request or reject proposals in whole or in part if it is in the best interest of BFT.
