The City of Richland is seeking statements of qualifications for engineering design services to complete the design of the SR 240 / Aaron Drive complete streets improvement project. The scope includes constructing a grade separated eastbound ramp from eastbound SR240 to eastbound I-182, reconstructing the existing SR240/Aaron Dr intersection, constructing pedestrian facilities to cross SR-240, and delivering a fully complete and ready-to-bid contract document package. The current design will be completed to 30% by Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.
