This requirement is for the removal of the existing Video Surveillance System (VSS) and the purchase and installation of a completely new standalone HD Network Video Recorder Premium system with a minimum of 192TB storage. The new system must include installation or upgrade to an Avigilon (or equal) Network Video Management System (NVMS) using an Avigilon Network Video Server, Premium version. The project includes replacing ten outdated Extreme CCTV perimeter cameras with new Avigilon (or equal) IP four-sensor multi-head cameras with infrared (IR) light rings, and adding three new four-sensor multi-head cameras with IR rings in locations that currently lack cameras. These new locations will require engineering, poles, conduit, and cabling. The system must also include four client workstations with dual HD flat screen monitor capability, 4K monitors (24, 43, or 55 depending on location), network switches, new CAT 7 or CAT 8 cabling, conduit, a four-hour minimum backup for the entire system, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary to deliver a fully functional, turnkey IP VSS system.
