This Contract includes an option for renewal. Intent: The work to be completed under this performance-based contract consists of maintenance of sidewalks and inlet tops within the project limits; work includes inspection and reporting. This is a Lump Sum Contract with only one pay item listed in the Contract. Equal payments, less any applicable deductions in compensation, will be made on a quarterly basis.
