The intention of this project is for the Contractor to furnish all material, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment, machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, water and sanitary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for this work, this contract will be a term contract. The Contractor shall demolish the structure(s), remove all rubble, wood and brick, and fill the lot level to existing ground. This includes foundations, septic tanks, drain fields, etc. The work shall be performed at various locations as required. No particular projects are defined in the Contract. B. This Contract includes the demolition of single level and multi-level residential and commercial structures. Responsible Contractors Policy For contracts with an estimated value of at least $100,000, the Contractor will be required to comply with the City of Orlandos Responsible Contractors Policy, which requires that Contractor pay its workers and require its Subcontractors to pay their workers on this Project an hourly wage, based on classification for the Orlando region established by the Davis-Bacon Act (hereinafter hourly wage).
