These Special Conditions, together with the accompanying documents and maps listed under SC-1 and the Referenced Specifications listed in these documents, cover the requirements for the work as listed in the bid, including incidental appurtenant work. The City reserves the right to shorten, add to, or change the list of work given below. It is intended, at this time, that the following work will be accomplished under this contract: The scope of work described in the Project Manual and Drawing Sets titled: Solid Waste Building A Northside Improvements and Solid Waste Building A Southside Improvements dated July 21, 2025 Reference Number 0000394265 Question Deadline 08/12/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No The City of Las Cruces is Seeking Bids From Qualified Contractors for the Solid Waste Building "a" Improvements Project in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications Documents Contained Herein. An acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total for the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required.
