Grayson Crossing Phase 1 Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Drainage Improvements Lackland Gunter Development, on Behalf of the Grayson County Mud No. 8 of Grayson County, State of Texas, Will Receive Bids for the Construction of Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Drainage System Improvements to Serve 128 Lots at Grayson County Phase 1. Any Bids Coming After That Date and Time, Unless the Mud Extends the Date and Time for All Bidders,Will Be Rejected. The Improvements Generally to Be Made Include Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Performing All Work Necessary to Construct All Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Drainage Improvements Shown in the Construction Plans.The Mud Will Accept Bids for the Completion of the Entire Project. Lackland Gunter Development, Llc, on Behalf of the Grayson County Mud No. 8 of Grayson County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any or All Informalities.
