Bid proposals must be submitted, in duplicate, on copies of the "General Construction Bid Form" included in the specifications and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid (100%) and on a flash drive. Bond requirements for this project will include Performance and Payment Bonds. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities. Questions for the bid to be sent to jzahner@szzarch.com and procurement@desotocountyms.gov Should bidder find discrepancies in or omissions in the drawings or project manual or be in doubt as to their written meaning, he/she should immediately notify the Architect who then will send written instruction or interpretation to all known holders of the documents. Neither Owner nor Architect will be responsible for oral instructions.
