This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits consultants to provide professional services to complete project management, stakeholder engagement, preliminary engineering and environmental clearance, final engineering, and design support services during construction for the Little Saigon Gateway Monument Project (Project). The goal of the Project is to implement a gateway monument at a location in Sacramento's Little Saigon community on Stockton Boulevard, between Riza Avenue and 47th Avenue. The proposed improvements will include a gateway monument to recognize, activate, and revitalize the community as well as welcome visitors to cultural experiences, education, restaurants, services, businesses, and community.
