The Complexity Factor for this project is 0 The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 21, 2025, at 10:00 at the Bureau of Transit Compliance Office in Springfield. The Illinois Department of Transportation is required to ensure that all non-profit, rural and small urban transit grantees and their transit operators (if any) are in compliance with federal and state regulations, rules and requirements. The primary method to ensure compliance is through compliance reviews, training, and technical assistance.
