The City of Mills is seeking proposals from business owners or entrepreneurs interested in leasing the city owned former school building located at 420 Second St. in Mills. The city purchased the Former Mills Elementary School property from the Natrona County School District in January 2016. The property includes the three (3) parcels of land containing approximately 3.01 acers. The Site consists of the Former Mills Elementary School Building, a small shed, a playground area, paved parking areas, and a paved alley Mills City Council is seeking proposals from individuals or businesses interested in leasing the building for use during normal working and business hours to respect the nearby residential neighborhood.
