A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The DeLaveaga Golf Course Roofing Repair project (c402604) will include demolition of portions of existing roof and structural beams, reroof installation, alterations to the rainwater collection scuppers, replacement of fascia and repairs to existing structural beams and joists. The existing roof is approximately 4,500 SF. Coordination between the tenants, contractor, and project staff will be necessary as the tenant spaces will be required to remain in operation during the construction activities. The Work of this Contract includes the repair of roof structure and installation of new roofing at the De Laveaga Golf Clubhouse located at 401 Upper Park Rd., Santa Cruz, CA 95060 The DeLaveaga Clubhouse is located at 401 Upper Park Rd., Santa Cruz, CA. Within the two-story, 9,164 square foot (SF) building, operates a retail golf shop and restaurant. To date, the structure has been damaged by water intrusion from storm events, affecting operation of the tenant spaces inside. Any questions or objections not submitted within the time and manner stated above or to anyone other than the above-stated contact will be deemed waived.
