Lakeside Lab - Innovation and Discovery Laboratory - Construct New Facility Question Deadline 08/22/2025 Any and all interpretations, corrections, revisions, and amendments shall be issued by the Design Professional to all holders of bidding documents in the form of written addenda. Such addenda shall be issued so as to be received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time set for the receipt of bids SCOPE OF WORK A. Provide and install a BACnet communication Open Protocol system of microprocessor-based digital controllers which will include the control and/or monitoring of the following equipment: 1. Dedicated outdoor air handling unit 2. Air handling units (AHU) and heat pumps 3. Furnace and heat pump 4. Electric radiant heaters 5. Window position switches 6. Exhaust fans 7. Space temperature, occupancy, and humidity sensors. 8. Refer to drawings for sequence of operations for all systems that are to be integrated B. The Work included under this Section of the Specifications and Drawings include the complete installation of an Energy Management and Control System utilizing digital controllers. C. The point list in this Specification identifies those points that are to be addressed by the digital controllers and incorporated into the new EMCS system
