The Iowa Great Lakes Sanitary District (IGLSD) 2023-01 South Center Core Improvements project is utilizing Construction Manager at Risk. The project extends north from the existing IGLSD WWTF (303 28 th Street, Milford IA 51351) to the Emerald Hills neighborhood located in Arnolds Park, IA.
