Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Rock Creek Drive and Matanzas Way Water, Sewer and Storm Drain Improvements Approximately 950 linear feet of sewer mains and 4,000 linear feet of water mains will be replaced. Minor storm drain improvements including replacement of valley gutters and storm drain structures is also included. Full-width roadway reconstruction throughout a majority of the project area where multiple utility replacements are proposed is also included. Trench paving will be performed for the remainder of work that does not require roadway reconstruction. The work also includes construction of 12 pedestrian ramps meeting current ADA standards. The work proposed on the Montgomery High School Campus is covered under an Additive Alternate #1 Bid. Modified surfacing improvements to the base bid scope at the northern end of Hahman Drive is covered under a Deductive Alternate #2 Bid.
