The Project is located at 630 Summerfield Road in Howarth Memorial Community Park, Santa Rosa, California 95405, and is described as follows: Tennis courts renovation at Howarth Park. Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 70 Working Days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin in March of 2026 but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding.
