Sonoma County, through the Charles M. Schulz - Sonoma County Airport ("Airport"), invites qualified businesses to submit a proposal to perform the professional services required to manage, operate, enhance, and maintain the landside parking facilities and equipment on behalf of the Airport for the 24-hour, seven (7) days per week operation. For questions regarding this specific solicitation, email STS-Real-Estate@sonomacounty.gov. For questions regarding the Supplier Portal, email supplier-desk@sonoma-county.org. The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) will increase from $18.10 to $23.15 per hour effective July 1, 2025. The adjustment was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on January 14, 2025, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
