converting existing natural grass field and cinder track into 6-lane track surfacing 54,500 sf, (surfacing to be OFCI), 80,000 sf of synthetic turf (OFCI), renovation of existing adjacent natural grass area, hard courts, accessibility upgrades to path of travel and supporting restroom facilities. Procurement of the Track surfacing material, Turf material and Play Matta material will be done through the CMAS process. Developer will be responsible for stockpile and/or storage of material and installation. Pleasanton Unified School District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP") and construction services for the construction for the Hart Middle School Field Renovations Project ("Project"), in accordance with the lease- leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406, et seq.
