Renovation of a municipal facility in Mentor, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the installation of approximately 10,000 square feet of luxury vinyl flooring in Building B on LCBDD Main Campus at 8121 Deepwood Boulevard. The work must be completed by December 31, 2025. Each Bid shall contain the full name and addresses of each person or company interested in the Bid and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide such surety. Event Bid Description: Proposals should be in a sealed envelope, addressed to Director of Operations, Lake County Board of DD, 8121 Deepwood Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060 and be clearly marked as "BID FOR DEEPWOOD LUXURY VINYL FLOORING PROJECT." Each Bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, military status, disability, age, or ancestry. LCBDD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the Bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest responsive and responsible Bid.
