Provide general engineering services for water and stormwater infrastructure for the PCMC Public Utilities Department. PCMC is inviting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from qualified persons or firms (“Respondents”) to provide Water and Stormwater System General Engineering Services. PCMC will use the SOQs to create an Approved Design Professional Vendor List. SOQs from approved Respondents will be used for future procurements, including evaluations of SOQs for specific projects.. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing to by email to harrison.holley@parkcity.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. PROJECT DEADLINE: March 4, 2027
