Questions Due Date: Aug 15th 2025, 4:30 PM EDT Project Description: In general, the Project consists of: - Grading and compaction of subgrade - Installation of a 6-inch compacted 2A aggregate subbase - Application of CRS-2P emulsified asphalt - Double chip seal application with rolling and sweeping - Surveying and quantity verification The Authority will award a Contract or reject all Bids within 60 days after the date of the opening of bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the date of the opening of the bids. If the award is delayed by the required approval of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds, the award of a grant or grants, the Authority will award a contract or reject all bids within 120 days of the date of the opening of bids, and in such a case no bidder may withdraw his bid within 120 days after the date of the opening bids. Thirty day extensions of the date for the award may be made by the mutual written consent of the Authority and the lowest responsible bidder.
