Renovation of a water / sewer project in Narvon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of November 09, 2020, the anticipated award date is November 19th. Construction start date and completion date are not yet determined at this time. Estimated Cost : Around $250,000 to $275,000 The Project consists of constructing the electrical components of a reverse osmosis system to treat landfill leachate at the Lanchester Landfill, including modifications and upgrades to existing facility electrical equipment. Prevailing Wages Project Rates in accordance with the State of Pennsylvania Bureau of Labor Law Compliance apply to this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
