Reference Number 0000394354 Purchase Type Duration: 3 years Option: 2, 1-year terms The City is requesting Proposals from qualified respondents for waste and recycling receptacles in public areas ("receptacles"), as more particularly described in the RFP. This contract will be awarded as a concession contract for "Sidewalk Waste and Recycling Receptacles" using competitive contracting pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq Every proposal must include a guarantee, which can be provided as a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, totaling $5,000. Cash will not be accepted. This Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond serves as proof of good faith and guarantees that, upon being awarded the contract, the Selected Respondent will execute the Contract. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a guarantee in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000. No cash will be accepted. This Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond is offered as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Selected Respondent shall execute the Contract.
