Providing Roadway Resurfacing and Various Site & Infrared Pavement Restorations at Various Locations Throughout the City of Jersey City CONTRACT NO. APS-2025-26 Bids will have the date and time stamped upon receipt. Bidder is solely responsible for the timely delivery of the bid and no bids shall be considered that are presented after the public call for receiving bids. Any Bid received after the date and time specified will be returned, unopened to the bidder. An electronic copy of the bid package is available upon request to Bidders. No Bids May Be Submitted Electronically Bidder Shall Include One (1) Original and One (1) Copy of the Bid Package and a Cd Rom or Usb Drive Version in a Pdf Format. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a Bid Bond, Bank Check, or Certified Check for not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount for the bid or $20,000.00 maximum, whichever is the lesser. Certified Checks shall be made payable to The Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority. A Performance Bond is Required for This Contract. The Said Surety Shall Be Bound to Furnish a Performance Bond in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percentage (100%) of the Contract Amount. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, and/or to waive nonconformities pursuant to applicable law. Any Bid submitted shall hold firm for sixty (60) days. Mutually agreed upon extensions of time may be made, if necessary, and in accordance with law. No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the written consent of The Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
