Reference Number 0000394845 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: may be extended or renewed The City is requesting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from qualified architectural and engineering firms ("Consultant") to provide architectural and engineering services for Phase 2 of the design and construction support of a new transit building on the Loveland Transit Center site, located at 350 West 37th Street, Loveland, Colorado. The Project is funded by the City through a Federal Transit Administration ("FTA") grant and Colorado Department of Transportation ("CDOT") local match grant. As a result, the selected Consultant must conform to federal and state regulations. The Project - including procurement, contracting, administration, and close-out - will adhere to the City's purchasing requirements. The selection of the successful Consultant will be qualifications-based, pursuant to 49 USC 5325(b) and the "Brooks Act," 40 USC 1101-1104. Because this solicitation will be federally funded and is a qualifications-based selection, proposals must NOT include pricing.
