The Centerra South Metro District seeks a qualified general contractor to join the existing design team to help coordinate the design development and construction documents under a pre-construction agreement and construct a new multi-level parking structure located in Loveland, Colorado. The selected general contractor will also be responsible for working next to the contractor building the office and retail building called Building G. Building G may start construction six or more months in advance of the Notice to Proceed date for the parking structure. Construction of the parking structure is anticipated to start Q3 of 2026. The project is located in the vicinity of Centerra South, Loveland, CO. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. Bidders must possess the required licenses and insurance policies. Each bid must be accompanied by a qualification statement demonstrating present commitments, past performance, experience with comparable work, equipment available for this project, and resumes for key personnel who would be assigned to this project. No bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation who is a defaulter to a surety or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District. Each bid must be accompanied by a subcontractor and supplier list for proposed labor, services, and/or materials. The District may choose to schedule interviews with select bidders following the bid opening. Basis of the award of the contract will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as solely determined by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid or combination of bids which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the District's interest
