Technical Requirement All items shall meet or exceed all Federal, State, Local laws and regulations, as well as all industry and safet standards. Equivalent items shall meet the specifications of the stated brand name, as well as the salient characteristics specifies herein. The goal is to have the freezer maintain temperatures of 0 decrees Fahrenheit or below to store food products.
