Reference Number 0000391826 Bid Intent Not Available This project involves replacing the existing perimeter barriers at the southern yard of the Horseshoe substation with a new 12-foot Allan Block wall, which must match the existing wall located in the northern yard of the Horseshoe substation. The selected contractor must also remove and dispose of approximately 162 feet of existing block wall, 511 feet of existing chain-link fence, the existing vehicle gate and all associated materials from the Site.
