Reference Number 0000389074 The Loveland Fire Rescue Authority (LFRA) is seeking qualified contractors to resurface a large asphalt area located at the LFRA Fire Training Center, 1040 Emergency Drive, Loveland, Colorado, 80537. This surface plays a critical role in driver-operator training, firefighting drills, and rescue training evolutions. Due to the high volume and intensity of training activities, the area must be durable, safe, and designed to withstand heavy apparatus traffic and operational stress. The work is to include coordination with the LFRA Project Manager and United Civil Design Group. The removal of existing pavement and re-surfacing as part of the contract. The selected vendor will be responsible for organizing necessary resources. The pavement vendor is required to hold the pricing submitted in the proposal for the period of time required to complete the project. The selected vendor will not be responsible for preparing the existing site, including engineering and design of the site, establishment of subgrades, concrete and asphalt flatwork meeting the specification within the bid documents prepared by United Civil Design Group. The project site, consisting of approximately 8.95 acres, is currently a developed municipal facility. The site is located south of the Big Thompson River and west of Emergency Drive and Highway 287. The proposed development encompasses an area of approximately 1.3 acres that will include improved pavement and landscaped areas.
