Reference Number 0000389741 Bid Intent Not Available The 1st Street and Crestone Dr Roundabout Reconstruction Project consists of removal and reconstruction of the current roundabout within the City of Loveland. The Project requires a contractor that has the equipment and skilled labor to provide the removal and repair of concrete within the city right-of-way. This will include removal asphalt pavement, replacement of concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, crosspans, curb ramps, and concrete roadway along with associated asphalt patching. The contractor also must have the ability to provide traffic control and when necessary. This work will be done on a work order basis and may be intermittent.
