Reference Number 0000392679 The Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise (NISP Enterprise) is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants for Engineering Services for the Construction Trailer Complex Site at Glade Reservoir. NISP Enterprise is seeking a qualified engineering firm to assist in the sitework design for the Construction Trailer Complex Site At Glade Reservoir Glade Reservoir that will be used as offices during the construction of the Glade Reservoir and appurtenances. This work will require site grading, domestic water tie-in, septic tank calculations and layout, electrical sizing, and fiber communications tie-in. Parking areas and road/site access need to be considered as well. Additional engineering may be required for foundations to place the trailers and other potential appurtenances on. The site complex is intended to be reused for recreational purposes when the construction trailers are moved off site. Larimer County will permit the trailers to be permanent, due to the duration of time that they will be in use. NISP Enterprise will require the following Scope of Services: Deliverables include, but are not limited to, a stamped set of construction documents ready for submission to Larimer County. The NISP Enterprise will enter into an agreement with the selected firm and a purchase order will be created for the project based on the proposed pricing. The duration of this agreement will be one year. The NISP Enterprise may elect to renew this agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms by providing written notice of renewal to the Consultant at least 30 days prior to expiration of the current erm of the agreement. The selected firm has the option to not extend the agreement by providing a written notice at least 45 days prior to the agreement's expiration date.
