Site work for a water / sewer project in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of removal of the 250,000-gallon McKay Street elevated storage tank. Work is expected to be undertaken in February 2026 after completion of other tank rehabilitation projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Laurinburg is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of proposals from minority and women-owned companies. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals. Question Deadline 09/02/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered QA: The existing tank is approximately 180 feet. The area should be restored to preconstruction conditions.
