The systems vary in capacity, including units rated at 10,000, 24,000, and 33,000 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM). Questions Due Date: Aug 8th 2025, 4:00 PM PDT The term of this agreement will be for five years. EMWD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, either separately or as a whole and to waive any informality in a proposal or to accept any proposal presented which it deems best suited to the interest of EMWD and is not to be bound to accept the lowest price.
