The work is located in three different sites: 27300 N Santiam Hwy, Mill City, OR 24498 N Fork Rd, Lyons, OR 30725 N Fork Lane, Lyons, OR All request for information (RFI's) are due no later than 8/7/2025 at 12:00pm Work includes all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to make a complete a functional vault toilets. Under this project may consist of, but not limited to, Demolition, Architectural, Earthwork. : Supply and install (3) new double vault toilets for (3) recreation sites in the North Santiam and Little North Santiam River Corridors. Contractor's work will include: 1. Excavation and prep area of placement for new vault toilets. 2. Delivery of vault toilets to locations as provided. 3. Placement of new vaults. 4. Backfilling and compacting excavation. 5. Place and Compact a six (6") inch thick pad composed of 3/4 " minus gravel which extends out six feet (6') from the exterior sides of each building. 6. Proper disposal of any excess materials during excavation. Locations: The vault toilets will be delivered and placed at three (3) locations. A map is attached for reference. Actual toilet locations will be clearly marked within the recreation sites. 1. Location 1: Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site, 27300 N. Santiam Hwy, Mill City, Oregon 97360. Lat - Long - approximately 1.5 miles west of Mill City, Oregon off Highway 22. 4445'13.84"N 12230'50.53"W near the boat ramp on the west end of the parking lot. 2. Location 2: Canyon Creek Recreation Site, 24498 N Fork Rd, Lyons, OR 97358. Located just past mile marker 7 on North Fork Road. 4448'3.25"N 12228'44.76"W on the west end of the parking lot. Toilet to be installed in the previous vault toilet footprint. 3. Location 3: Elkhorn Valley Recreation Site, 30725 N Fork Ln SE, Lyons, Oregon, 97358. Located at approximately mile marker 8.5 on North Fork Road. 4447'57.70"N 12227'14.65"W. Toilet to be installed in the center of loop A in the previous vault toilet footprint
