Site work and renovation of a retail development in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,000-square-foot retail development; and for site work for a retail development.

As of March 19, 2026, the project was awarded to Doyon Management Services, with an awarded amount of $1,669,848.77. Comm Electronics Shop, Facility 60705, located at 1555 Skid Strip Rd W, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) was built in 1966. The building's construction is of cementitious masonry unit (CMU) construction and has an area of approximately 12,000 square feet. There is mold growth in the building and the HVAC Package Unit. Currently the best option is to repair the building envelope and remediate the existing mold. Afterwards replace the existing HVAC units and the associated components with new unit. Cape Canaveral Space Force Station is not an open installation, and individuals must have a valid ID and documentation.
