Description

Renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, 1,000-seat transportation facility; and for the addition of a 145,000-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility.

An expansion of the building to provide additional queueing areas, improve the passenger security screening, general (750 seats) and VIP (250 seats) passenger seating, and a separate building for luggage laydown area. As of August 10, 2026, construction is underway. Completion is scheduled for November 2027.
