For the following: 2025 Township Leaf and Yard Waste Collection and Disposal Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid and made payable to the Montgomery Township Board of Supervisors. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance bonds with corporate surety and/or binding letter of intent issued by companies authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as identified in the Bid Specification, to secure the faithful performance and maintenance of the Bid Specification The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or to take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
