Contract 2024-00259 - Township Administration Site Lighting Project The Work to be completed under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the removal and replacement of existing parking lot light poles and fixtures at the Township Administration Building in Montgomery Township The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of 16 light poles and fixtures within the parking lot as well as the installation of new anchor bolts in the existing concrete light bases. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the maximum amount bid is required to be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit within the time limit specified in the Contract Documents, the Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount of 100% of the contract amount. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening or for such period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request. Bids may be withdrawn within two (2) business days after the opening of bids Montgomery Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids. The project will be managed by Montgomery Township.
