for the 2025 Miscellaneous Improvements Project . The project consists of the following two contracts: Contract No. 1-General Construction:Consisting of, but not limited to, cleaning, repointing and sealing exterior brick and stone around campus, replacement of asphalt pavement with concrete at the 5 th Avenue bus stop, four concrete stoops with frost walls, seal coating and paint markings at parking areas, dead tree/ shrub replacement, replacement of floor tile in Trolley works vestibule and lobby, interior moisture damage repairs along south fa ade of the Battery Barn, new benches and litter receptacle, drainage improvements along the 5 th Avenue sidewalk, CMU wall crack repairs, and new paver walkway at the rear of the Trolleyworks conference room. All bids shall conform to the Contract Documents prepared by The EADS Group, Inc., 450 Aberdeen Drive, Somerset, PA 15501 and dated July 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to AMTRAN in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Contractors are encouraged to use minority business enterprises as subcontractors whenever feasible. All applicable Federal Requirements will apply. AMTRAN reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept or reject any part of any bid. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory insurance certificates and Performance and Payment Bonds.
