1. The Work covered under this section shall consist of providing all equipment, labor, material, and plotting of a path of the horizontal directional bore as set forth on the Drawings and in accordance with this section of the Specifications. 2. Approximately 320 and 440 linear feet of Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD) for AC feeder circuits shall be completed under this contract for the 340 KW array connected to the West Penn Power grid and the 77 KW array connected to the Central Electric Coop grid, respectively. Field verify required lengths of HDD. Bids for the following construction contracts will be received: C-8-25-WM-G: General Construction C-8-25-WM-P: Plumbing C-8- 25-WM-M: HVAC C-8-25-WM-E: Electrical All contracts will be bid and awarded independently; bidders may bid on one or more of the contracts as they choose. A Bid Bond, in the form provided in the documents, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with bids for all contracts. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding for up to ninety (90) days. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon.
