Contractor will also be responsible for cleaning, removal and disposal of stored materials in the Donaghmore Mansion including desks, chairs, tables and filing cabinets due to the presence of possible lead paint contamination. Contractor is responsible for providing all water, electric and sanitary facilities in order to complete the project.
