Reference Number 0000394967 The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all materials called out to replace the HVAC Equipment at the Ontario County Courthouse. _ Furnish and provide all work described in this bid document and drawings prepared by McFarland Johnson in the attached documents. HVAC Equipment Replacement at the Ontario County Courthouse - Equipment Only. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered by the vendor. Said bid bond shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Question Deadline 08/28/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No . *The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids Document Acquisition : No bidder shall receive hard copy documents prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Bidders requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs. Deposits must be a check or cash; no credit cards are accepted or copies of checks. QA: Pumps P4 & P5 should be provided with 3 phase voltage.
