Demolition of 817 West 4th Street This contract will be paid for, in part, with federal CDBG funds. The greater of Davis Bacon or Delaware Prevailing wage rates established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, participation by Section 3 residents and businesses, and related matters. Bidders must provide documentary evidence of efforts to include Section 3 firms. Question Deadline 08/19/2025- All questions must be submitted to procurement@wilmingtonde.gov. Relevant questions will be responded to via an addendum that will be emailed to all planholders of record. Questions will not be accepted within 1 week of bid due date
