**As of August 12, 2025, the project was awarded to Sherwood Lawn and Landscaping, with an awarded amount of $180,758.25.* The Construction of: Sports Field Renovations - Tiptonville, TN The project includes renovation and improvements to the existing sports fields at the Lake County Recreational Park in Tiptonville, TN. Project includes the removal of existing field elements, installation of new infield skin, bases, plates, rubber, and sod fraise mowing. Each bid must be submitted on forms provided in Bid Documents and either accompanied by a Bid Bond, properly executed on the form provided, or Cashier's Check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. Bids received after the time set for opening of bids shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. The City of Tiptonville shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids if said body deems it necessary in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Tiptonville
